The method comprises the steps that polypropylene fiber cloth is laid on double-T plates to conduct seam sealing on a gap between every two adjacent double-T plates; a polypropylene fiber cloth waterproof mortar leveling layer is laid on the polypropylene fiber cloth; heat preservation plates are laid on the two double-T plates respectively, so that the upper surfaces are flush; an insulation board waterproof mortar leveling layer is laid on the insulation board; a waterproof roll layer is laid on the insulation board waterproof mortar leveling layer; a waterproof roll waterproof mortar isolation layer is laid on the waterproof roll layer; concrete is poured on the waterproof roll waterproof mortar isolation layer, and a reinforcing mesh is pre-buried in the concrete; the opposite faces of every two adjacent double-T-shaped plates are punched and roughened, and gaps are filled with fireproof and anti-corrosion foaming agents; sequentially coating a first anti-corrosion material layer and an interface layer on the junction of the adjacent double-T plates below the double-T plates, and finally fully brushing a second anti-corrosion material layer on the lower sides of the double-T plates.
