A transmission power-assisted mechanism of an electric hollow shutter and a hollow glass shutter, the transmission power-assisted mechanism comprises a motor, a motor transmission shaft is connected with a speed reducer, the speed reducer comprises a shell, a driving gear shaft, a driving gear, a transmission gear shaft, a first transmission gear, a second transmission gear, an output gear shaft and an output gear; one end of the driving gear shaft is connected with a motor transmission shaft; the driving gear is arranged on the driving gear shaft; the transmission gear shaft is rotatably arranged in the shell, the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear are both arranged on the transmission gear shaft, and the driving gear is meshed with the first transmission gear; the output gear shaft is rotatably arranged in the shell, the output gear is arranged on the output gear shaft, the second transmission gear is meshed with the output gear, and the output end of the output gear shaft is connected with the transmission shaft. The output torque of the motor is increased through the speed reducer, the size of the needed motor is reduced, miniaturization of the structure is achieved, meanwhile, the load of the motor is reduced, and the motor runs more stably and is longer in service life.
