The speed reducer comprises a shell, a driving gear shaft, a driving gear, a transmission gear shaft, a first transmission gear, a second transmission gear, an output gear shaft and an output gear; one end of the driving gear shaft is connected with a motor transmission shaft; the driving gear is arranged on the driving gear shaft; the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear are both arranged on the transmission gear shaft, and the driving gear is meshed with the first transmission gear; the output gear is arranged on the output gear shaft, the second transmission gear is meshed with the output gear, the two ends of the output gear shaft are connected with the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft respectively, and the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft are each provided with a plurality of venetian blind control devices. The output torque of the motor is increased through the speed reducer, the size of the required motor is reduced, the miniaturization of the structure is realized, the load of the motor is also reduced, the operation is more stable, and the service life is longer.
