The winding drum device comprises an upper winding drum, a driving part, a fixing seat and a moving part, a curtain body of a windproof curtain is wound outside the upper winding drum, the driving part is arranged in the upper winding drum, the fixing seat is connected to side plugs on the two sides of an upper groove, the driving part can drive the upper winding drum to rotate, and the moving part can move along with the upper winding drum. The fixed end of the driving part is connected with the moving part, a sliding groove is formed in the fixed seat, the sliding groove is horizontally formed, the moving part can move in the sliding groove, the fixed seat is provided with an upper limiting part, a lower limiting part and a connecting part, the connecting part is vertically arranged, the winding drum device capable of shifting along with the shaft further comprises an outer sleeve seat and an adjusting rod, and the outer sleeve seat is sleeved with the adjusting rod. Through adjusting holes are formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the outer sleeve base respectively. By the adoption of the curtain, the uneven stress condition of the curtain body can be reduced, so that the curtain body is protected, and meanwhile the curtain body can be prevented from being excessively stretched.
