WINDING DRUM OF SHEET SHUTTER DEVICE AND WINDING DRUM ASSEMBLING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a winding drum 3 to which a sheet-type shutter curtain 1 is wound in a state that the winding drum is reinforced.SOLUTION: When constituting a winding drum 3 by using half parts 6, 7 and 8 which are three-divided in a circumferential direction, a reinforcing material 9, and a connecting member 12, the reinforcing material 9 is put on an internal periphery of the half part 6, and screw-fixed to a drum center from an outside diameter direction with attachment screws 10, then, the half parts 7, 8 are put on the fixed reinforcing member 9, and screw-fixed to the drum center from the outside diameter direction with the attachment screws 10, and after that, connecting end parts of the adjacent half parts are connected to each other by forcibly fitting connecting members 12 to them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】シート式のシャッターカーテン１が巻装される巻取りドラム３を補強された状態で組み付ける。【解決手段】巻取りドラム３を、周回り方向に三分割した半部６、７、８と、補強材９と、連結部材１２とで構成するにあたり、半部６の内周に補強材９を当てがって取付けビス１０で外径方向からドラム中心に向けて螺入固定し、ついて該固定した補強材９に半部７、８を当てがって取付けビス１０で外径方向からドラム中心に向けて螺入固定し、しかる後、各隣接する半部の連結端部同士を、連結部材１２を無理嵌めして連結する。【選択図】図４
