The invention relates to an attachment device (10) for attaching a transverse vertical panel (2), in particular a glass panel, to a structure (4), comprising:-a support member (6, 6 ') intended to be attached to the structure (4); -a hook (8) intended to be attached to the panel (2), the hook (8) being arranged to be slidably attached to the support member (6, 6 ') in order to position the panel (2) on the structure (4); -a flange (7) intended to lock the hook (8) on the support member (6) in a hooked position; the invention is characterized in that the flange (7) has the shape of a U-shaped bridge comprising two legs (71, 72) mounted in the support member (6, 6 ') in a resiliently interlocked manner by overlapping with the hook (8), the force for unhooking the panel (2) being transmitted to the support member (6, 6') via the legs (71, 72) of the bridge (7).
