本发明所提供的渣土粒化、碳化一体化装置在掺入固化剂的风干渣土投入圆盘后,盖上密封盖,启动电机并由气液注入孔通入粘合剂,通过圆盘转动与刮刀相配合生成粗粒状的土坯料;接着关闭电机,启动养护记录与控制系统,设定养护的温度、湿度、养护时间等,由气液注入孔通入CO2气体,对粗粒状的土坯料进行碳化养护,得到由渣土粒化、碳化后的人造粗粒土成品。本发明可以使渣土原料在粘合剂的喷入和圆盘的转动下完成造粒后,无需搬运,直接在原位进入富含CO2的养护环境中进行碳化养护,避免了强度极低的粗粒状的土坯料的搬运及其过程中可能发生的破碎,从而避免了破碎料的产生和其回转重造,并同时也减少了生产的搬运流程,极大地提高了生产效率。
