According to the swinging and moving type vertical lifting installation method for the side span beam sections, the problem that a transport ship and a transport vehicle cannot be directly in place due to the fact that a cable bent tower is located on the mudflat ground and silt exists is solved, the segmented beam sections are transported to the position near the cable bent tower through the transport ship, and the single beam sections are hoisted to a platform in a swinging and moving mode; the beam sections in the horizontal state are adjusted to be in the vertical state, the beam sections are hoisted to the side span side from the middle span side of the cable bent tower in a swinging and moving mode, the multiple beam sections of the same single span are spliced in the vertical direction, vertical space can be fully utilized for construction, the site hardening area is reduced, the building area of a support is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. Investment of support materials and manual and mechanical cost for erecting and dismantling the support are reduced.
