The invention relates to a novel construction technology of an anti-pulling component suitable for underground engineering, foundation pit support and slope engineering, namely a cement stirring post-tensioned prestressed anti-pulling composite anchor rod pile. According to the anti-pulling anchor rod pile, a cylindrical cement soil pile body is formed in soil through stirring blades outside a drill rod of a stirring pile machine, after the designed depth is reached, a steel pipe which is internally provided with rib materials (steel strands or high-strength steel bars) and connected with a bottom pile shoe is placed in the drill rod, the drill rod is lifted while stirring is carried out, so that the cement soil pile body internally provided with the rib materials is formed in the soil, and the anti-pulling anchor rod pile is formed. And after pouring of the underground structure bottom plate is completed, the rib materials are tensioned to apply prestress to the pile body, and construction of the cement stirring prestress anti-pulling composite anchor pile is completed. The prestress anti-pulling composite anchor rod pile is high in anti-pulling force, can be vertically driven or obliquely driven, is used for replacing a traditional anti-floating cast-in-situ bored pile in underground engineering and an anti-pulling anchor rod in foundation pit support engineering and slope engineering, and is low in manufacturing cost, high in anti-pulling force and easy and convenient to construct.
本发明是一种适合于地下工程、基坑围护与边坡工程中的抗拔构件施工新技术‑水泥搅拌后张预应力抗拔复合锚杆桩。这种抗拔锚杆桩是利用搅拌桩桩机钻杆外的搅拌叶片,在土中形成圆柱状水泥土桩体,到达设计深度后,在钻杆内放入内带有筋材(钢绞线或高强钢棒)的且与底部桩靴连接的钢管,边搅拌边提升钻杆使土中形成内部带有筋材的水泥土桩体,待地下结构底板浇筑完成后张拉筋材对桩体施加预应力完成水泥搅拌预应力抗拔复合锚桩的施工。这种预应力抗拔复合锚杆桩的抗拔力强,可垂直打设也可倾斜打设,用以替代地下工程中传统的抗浮钻孔灌注桩和基坑围护工程及边坡工程中的抗拔锚杆,造价低廉、抗拔力高、施工简便。
