The invention discloses a prestressed anti-pulling anchor pile and a construction method thereof, and aims to provide a prestressed anti-pulling anchor pile capable of effectively solving the technical problems that in the prior art, a solid plastic plate is adopted as an anchor pile bracket of the prestressed anti-pulling anchor pile, and axial force generated in the tensioning process of prestressed tendons is easily acted on a pile body through the solid plastic plate; the invention discloses a prestressed anti-pulling anchor pile and a construction method thereof. The prestressed anti-pulling anchor pile is used for solving the problem of pile body cracking of the prestressed anti-pulling anchor pile. A prestressed anti-pulling anchor pile comprises a pile hole; the anchor pile support is located in the pile hole, and the anchor pile support comprises a center positioning ring and a plurality of positioning clamping rings sequentially distributed in the circumferential direction of the center positioning ring; the grouting pipe is located in the pile hole, and the grouting pipe penetrates through the central positioning ring; and the prestressed tendons are located in the pile holes, and the prestressed tendons are connected with the positioning clamping rings in a clamped mode so that the prestressed tendons can be connected with the anchor pile support.
