The backfilling device comprises a liquid pump assembly, the slurry suction end of the liquid pump assembly is connected with a filling slurry stirring container through a pipeline, the slurry discharge end of the liquid pump assembly is connected with the top of a connecting rod through a pipeline, and a slurry discharge hole is formed in the bottom of the connecting rod. The backfilling method comprises the following steps: drilling a monitoring hole; temporarily sealing the hole; expanding the orifice to form a top anchoring end backfilling groove; excavating a monitoring hole residual slurry discharge groove; temporary hole sealing is canceled; opening a slurry discharge hole; forming a connecting rod; the connecting rod is arranged in the monitoring hole; communicating a liquid pump assembly; installing a filling slurry stirring container; performing anti-seepage protection treatment; preparing filling slurry; filling slurry is injected; cleaning the slurry; the overflow condition is observed; installing a displacement sensor; and carrying out equipment debugging and field protection. The backfilling compaction of the monitoring hole can be ensured, and the reliability of monitoring data is improved.
