Pile planting method for water rock-socketed steel pipe pile
The invention provides a pile planting method for an overwater rock-socketed steel pipe pile, which is used for construction of the rock-socketed steel pipe pile in an abrupt slope rock stratum and comprises the following steps of: performing rotary drilling along an overwater bare rock to form a set pile planting hole; hoisting the steel pipe piles into the pile planting holes through hoisting construction to form the steel pipe piles; a limiting assembly is selected to be assembled between the steel pipe pile and the pile planting hole, and a to-be-poured space is formed; and the hopper pouring assembly extends into the to-be-poured space for pouring, pouring is conducted to the designed elevation in the mode that the hopper is lifted while pouring is conducted, and pile planting is completed. According to the method, concrete in the steel pipe pile is saved, the steel pipe pile is firstly installed in the hole (instead of adopting a vibratory hammer to insert the pile), the quality of installing the steel pipe pile is high (the perpendicularity and the elevation are both controllable), and the construction efficiency of pile planting and pile filling is improved.
本发明提供了一种水上嵌岩钢管桩的植桩方法,用于陡坡岩层中嵌岩钢管桩的施工,包括以下步骤,沿水上裸岩进行旋挖钻孔,形成设定的植桩孔;利用起吊施工,将钢管桩吊装至植桩孔内,形成钢管桩;选用限位组件装配于钢管桩和植桩孔之间,形成待浇筑空间;利用料斗浇筑组件延伸至待浇筑空间内进行浇筑,以边浇筑边提升料斗的方式浇筑至设计标高,完成植桩。本发明不仅节省了钢管桩内的混凝土,而且由于先在孔内安装(而不是采用振动锤插桩)钢管桩,安装钢管桩的质量高(垂直度及标高均可控),提高了植桩及灌注桩的施工工效。
