The invention relates to a test device for measuring water and soil pressure during pile sinking of an open tubular pile, which comprises an outer pipe, an inner pipe, a wire hole, a screw, a sensor hole, a sleeve, a soil pressure sensor, a pore water pressure sensor, a soil pressure sensor wire and a pore water pressure sensor wire, the outer pipe and the inner pipe are coaxially and fixedly arranged, and a gap is reserved between the inner part of the outer pipe wall and the outer part of the inner pipe wall; the inner pipe wall and the outer pipe wall are each provided with a plurality of sensor holes at intervals in the radial direction, coaxial wire holes are formed in the inner pipe wall and the outer pipe wall in the radial direction, the sensor holes are arranged in a staggered mode, a sleeve is embedded in each sensor hole, and each sleeve is sleeved with a soil pressure sensor and/or a pore water pressure sensor. A plurality of wires are arranged in gaps outside the inner pipe wall and inside the outer pipe wall and penetrate out of the outer pipe through the wire holes. The device is simple in overall structure, economical, practical, easy to manufacture and install and suitable for testing the soil pressure of the inner wall and the outer wall and the pore water pressure during pile sinking of the open tubular pile in an indoor model test.
