The invention discloses an FRP rib bonding-mechanical composite anchorage device and an anchoring method. The FRP rib bonding-mechanical composite anchorage device comprises an anchor cylinder (2), a clamping piece, a tail plug (4), a head end cover plate (5) and a bonding agent (6). A through groove (201) and a blind groove are formed in the anchor cylinder, the through groove axially penetrates through the anchor cylinder, one end of the blind groove penetrates through the head end of the anchor cylinder, and the blind groove communicates with the through groove; the anchoring end of the FRP rib is inserted into the anchor cylinder through the through groove, the clamping piece is clamped and fixed to the anchoring end of the FRP rib, and the clamping piece is embedded in the blind groove in a matched mode. The tail plug is embedded in the tail end of the through groove in the anchor cylinder, the FRP rib penetrates through the tail plug, the head end cover plate covers the head end of the through groove in the anchor cylinder in a closed mode, the anchor cylinder is filled with the binding agent, and the anchoring end of the FRP rib is fixed in the anchor cylinder through the clamping piece and the binding agent. The problems that in the prior art, a bonding type anchor is large in size, the bonding agent pouring quality is poor, and use of FRP ribs is limited can be solved.
