Comprising two groups of floors which are arranged in parallel, and a post-cast strip area is arranged between the two groups of floors; the light plastic formworks are arranged in two groups and are distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the floor slab; angle steel is installed on the upper side and the lower side of the light plastic formwork respectively, a water stop screw rod is installed between the angle steel on the upper side and the angle steel on the lower side, and a locking nut is installed and locked on the water stop screw rod. The water stop screw is suitable for penetrating through a light plastic formwork located on the lower side of a floor slab, the floor slab and angle steel located on the upper side of the floor slab to be connected. The side, opposite to the post-cast strip area, of the light plastic formwork is in a plane shape, and the other side of the light plastic formwork is in a grid shape.
