According to the formwork material integrated pouring equipment with the stirring function, a motor drives a stirring tank to rotate to be matched with a pump body to output stirred concrete to the formwork body through a discharging pipe, and the motor drives a pulley to move along a guide rail so as to drive the discharging pipe to move along the top of the formwork body to conduct pouring work; a driving mechanism drives a rotating roller to drive a vibrating rod and a discharging pipe to gradually ascend through a pull rope in the pouring process, that is, the discharging pipe and the vibrating rod gradually ascend from the bottom of a formwork body while horizontally moving, layer-by-layer pouring and layer-by-layer vibrating are achieved, and the pouring uniformity and the concrete vibrating and defoaming effect can be better improved; and the driving mechanism can be matched with the clutch mechanism to drive the sliding seat to drive the mounting plate to move in the direction perpendicular to the guide rail, that is, the discharging pipe and the vibrating rod do snake-shaped reciprocating motion between the two formwork bodies, and the pouring uniformity and the vibrating effect are further improved.
本发明提供了一种具备搅拌功能的模板材料一体化浇筑设备，通电机驱使搅拌罐转动配合泵体将搅拌后的混凝土经由出料管输出至模板本体处，电机驱使滑轮沿导轨移动以带动出料管沿模板本体顶部移动进行浇筑工作，通过驱动机构驱使转辊在浇筑过程中通过拉绳带动振捣棒和出料管逐渐上升，即出料管和振捣棒边水平移动边从模板本体底部逐渐上升，实现逐层浇筑及逐层振捣，利于提高浇筑的均匀性和混凝土的振捣消泡效果；其中，驱动机构能够配合离合机构驱使滑座带动安装板沿垂直于导轨的方向移动，即出料管和振捣棒在两块模板本体之间呈蛇形折返运动，进一步提高浇筑均匀性以及振捣效果。
