The invention provides a construction method for blocking a high-altitude adjacent-edge inclined roof penetrating tower crane hole. The method comprises the following steps that a U-shaped anchor ring is pre-buried in the first layer of a roof; roof beams and roof panels around the tower crane hole are constructed; after the tower crane is used, the tower crane standard knot is dismantled; cantilever I-shaped steel and a protection system are erected at the hole; a formwork supporting system is erected on the cantilever I-shaped steel, chiseling and embedded steel bar binding are carried out at the concrete joint position at the hole, and a beam plate formwork is erected and reinforced; and anti-seepage micro-expansive concrete with the grade higher than one grade is poured, and the supporting system and the outer frame protection system are dismantled after the strength is achieved.
