Roof crane construction method
The roof crane construction method comprises the steps that the coaxial tire distance of second hoisting equipment is measured, and multiple groups of roadbed boxes with the same distance as the tire distance of the second hoisting equipment are laid on the surface of a pre-constructed roof along a preset hoisting route; the gravity center of second hoisting equipment is determined, and hanging points are arranged around the second hoisting equipment and the building materials; first hoisting equipment on the ground hoists second hoisting equipment and the building materials to the starting point of a preset hoisting route of the pre-constructed roof; and the second hoisting equipment walks along the preset hoisting route to hoist the building material to a higher floor. The second hoisting equipment is transported to the roof of the to-be-transformed building through the first hoisting equipment, the hoisting route is laid on the roof through the roadbed box, the second hoisting equipment runs along the hoisting route, the building materials are directly hoisted to the transportation position, operation is simple and convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, the weight of the first hoisting equipment on the roof can be effectively dispersed through the roadbed box, so that the second hoisting equipment is more stable and safer during transportation.
本发明公开了一种屋顶吊车施工方法,包括测量第二起重设备的同轴胎距,在预施工屋顶表面沿预设吊装路线铺设间距与第二起重设备胎距相同的多组路基箱;确定第二起重设备的重心,第二起重设备以及建筑材料四周设置挂点;地面上的第一起重设备将第二起重设备以及建筑材料吊装至预施工屋顶的预设吊装路线起点;第二起重设备沿预设吊装路线行走吊装建筑材料至更高楼层。本发明通过第一起重设备将第二起重设备运输到待改造建筑的楼顶,并在楼顶用路基箱铺设好吊装路线,使第二起重设备沿着吊装路线运行,直接将建材吊装到运输的位置,简单方便,同时通过路基箱能够有效分散第一起重设备对于楼顶的重量,使第二起重设备在运输时更加的稳定安全。
