The invention discloses a phosphogypsum concrete preparation device which comprises a stirring machine and further comprises a connecting frame assembly, a guide frame assembly, a material containing assembly and a driving assembly. The guide frame assembly comprises a guide part and a weighing part, the guide part is arranged on the connecting frame assembly, the weighing part is arranged on the guide part, the material containing assembly comprises a material containing part and a connecting sliding mechanism, the material containing part is arranged on the guide part through the connecting sliding mechanism, and the driving assembly is arranged on the connecting frame assembly. When the weighing part detects that raw materials in the material containing part reach a preset threshold value, the driving assembly is controlled to drive the material containing part to move along the guiding part, the connecting sliding mechanism is matched with the guiding part to drive the material containing part to turn over after the material containing part moves to a designated position at the upper end of the guiding part, and weighing, lifting and discharging of the raw materials are completed; the influence on the quality of the prepared ardealite concrete caused by too much or too little feeding of partial raw materials is avoided while the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
