Decoration waste micro powder-fly ash-based geopolymer masonry mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses decoration waste micro powder-fly ash-based geopolymer mortar and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of technical utilization of building materials. The invention relates to a decorative waste micro powder which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 28-141 parts of decorative waste micro powder 141 to 281 parts of fly ash; 217 to 237 parts of water glass; 16 to 26 parts of sodium hydroxide solid; 5 to 15 parts of water; and 605-635 parts of natural river sand. Doping the decoration garbage micro powder into the fly ash in parts by weight, and uniformly mixing in a dry state to obtain mixed powder; adding sodium hydroxide into water glass, and uniformly mixing to obtain an alkaline activator; adding an alkali activator into the mixed powder, uniformly stirring, and adding water to obtain geopolymer mixed slurry; and adding river sand into the geopolymer mixed slurry to obtain the mortar. The masonry mortar with good functionality is prepared by taking solid wastes as raw materials, resources are saved, the masonry mortar is environment-friendly, comprehensive utilization of the fly ash and the decoration waste micro powder is realized, and the masonry mortar has a very wide application prospect.
