Low-shrinkage recycled fine aggregate ultra-high performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses low-shrinkage recycled fine aggregate ultra-high performance concrete which comprises the following raw materials: cement, silica fume, superfine fly ash, ground slag powder, machine-made sand, artificial sand, aeolian sand, basalt macadam, gravel, a water reducing agent, an expanding agent, a retarder, an air entraining agent and water. The preparation method of the low-shrinkage recycled fine aggregate ultra-high performance concrete comprises the following steps: step 1, selecting raw materials; 2, raw material pretreatment; step 3, preparing premixed aggregate; step 4, mixing ingredients; and 5, storing a finished product. The concrete strength can be improved, the use cost of the raw materials can be reduced, the concrete has good ductility, the performance of the concrete can be improved, and the anti-cracking, anti-seepage and durability performance can be improved; the retarder is sugar calcium and improves the physical and mechanical properties of the concrete; the air entraining agent is triterpenoid saponin, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. The surface tension between gas and liquid is reduced, bubbles are rapidly formed, and the air entraining effect is good.
