The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to C80 recycled fine aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the C80 recycled fine aggregate concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1205 to 1260 parts of natural coarse aggregate, 425 to 455 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 2.64 to 7.93 parts of basalt fiber, 540 to 580 parts of cementing material, 5.4 to 5.8 parts of water reducing agent and 111 to 124 parts of water. The potassium hydroxide solution is firstly used for pretreating the mixture of the recycled fine aggregate and the basalt fiber to improve the performance of the recycled fine aggregate and the basalt fiber, and then the pretreated mixture is mixed with other raw materials to prepare the concrete with high mechanical strength and good chloride ion penetration resistance. The application of the construction waste recycled fine aggregate in concrete and products thereof is facilitated.
