The invention relates to the technical field of road construction, and particularly discloses a roadbed material and a high fill roadbed using the same. The roadbed material is obtained by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500-600 parts of backfill gravel with the grain composition of 10-20 mm; 250-300 parts of a backfill gravel material with the grain composition of 1-5 mm; 100 to 200 parts of backfill gravel material with the grain composition of 30 to 60 nm; 300-400 parts of a modified inorganic filler with a particle size composition of 6-10 mm; a cementing material: 300-450 parts of cement; 100 to 150 parts of diphenol propane glycidyl ether; 80 to 100 parts of ethidene diamine; and 200 to 300 parts of water. The roadbed material can be used for high-fill roadbed construction, and has the advantages that differential settlement of the roadbed caused by rainfall, vehicle load and the like is not easily caused, and the service life of the roadbed is prolonged.
