The invention discloses a manufacturing method of inorganic thermal insulation gypsum mortar. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 600 to 700 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 100 to 150 parts of phosphogypsum, 30 to 50 parts of 425 cement, 150 to 180 parts of glass beads, 1 to 1.5 parts of a retarder, 1 to 2 parts of a lubricant, 2.5 to 3 parts of cellulose ether, 0.5 to 0.7 part of starch ether, 2 to 3 parts of wood fibers, 0.2 to 0.4 part of an air entraining agent, 8 to 11 parts of dispersible rubber powder, 20 to 30 parts of water and 10 to 16 parts of polymethyl silicone resin. The desulfurized gypsum and the phosphogypsum are pretreated, so that the internal structure performance of the desulfurized gypsum and the phosphogypsum is greatly improved, the internal structure combination tightness of the desulfurized gypsum and the phosphogypsum base material is high, the strength of the desulfurized gypsum and the phosphogypsum base material is enhanced, and the quality of the mortar is further improved.
