The invention discloses a semi-flexible pavement block closed grouting construction device and method.The semi-flexible pavement block closed grouting construction device comprises a closing device, a grouting device and a grout sweeping device, grouting area blocks are divided through the closing device, the grouting area is controlled, and an automatic control system is adopted in the whole process; the grouting amount of grouting materials reaching the target grouting rate in an area is calculated by combining on-site core drilling sampling and indoor tests, the grouting construction time is shortened while the sufficient grouting rate is guaranteed under the pressurized grouting effect, grouting is conducted in multiple times according to the proportion in order to avoid slurry accumulation, slurry sweeping treatment is automatically conducted after grouting is conducted every time, and the grouting efficiency is improved. In the process, a multi-point laser sensor is adopted to monitor the construction depth of the road surface in real time, when the construction depth reaches a threshold value, it is indicated that the pouring effect meets the requirement, meanwhile, residual slurry on the road surface is avoided, and it is guaranteed that the anti-skid performance of the road surface meets the requirement. The whole construction process is simple and portable, manpower and material resources are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开一种半柔性路面区块封闭式灌浆施工装置及方法,包括封闭装置、灌浆装置、扫浆装置,通过封闭装置将灌浆区域区块划分,控制灌注面积,整个过程采用自动化的控制系统,结合现场钻芯取样和室内试验计算区域内达到目标灌注率的灌浆料的灌注量,在加压灌浆作用下保证足够灌注率的同时缩短灌浆施工时间,为避免浆料的堆积,按比例分多次灌浆,每次灌注后自动进行扫浆处理,过程中采用多点式激光传感器实时监测路表构造深度,当构造深度达到阈值后,说明灌注效果达到要求,同时避免路表残留多余浆料,保证路表抗滑性能符合要求。整个施工过程简单便携,减少了人力物力,提高了施工效率。
