The invention discloses an integrated assembly type reinforced concrete underground diaphragm wall structure which is completed according to units in stages, adjacent underground diaphragm wall units are mutually locked, transverse connection of the underground diaphragm wall units is achieved, concrete is poured in sections, and a complete and rigid underground diaphragm wall body is formed. HDPE (high-density polyethylene) three-dimensional films are compounded on the upstream sides of the underground diaphragm wall units; the complete and rigid underground diaphragm wall body constructed by the method has high-standard anti-permeability performance and high-reliability concrete quality, can be used as an enclosure structure in the early stage and can be used as a permanent structure in the later stage, can realize construction of the permanent and temporary integrated underground diaphragm wall, and is high in industrialization degree, low in manpower consumption, low in field interference and high in construction efficiency. The method has the advantages of reducing temporary construction investment, improving the standardization level and well reducing carbon emission, and meets the dual-carbon requirement proposed by the country at present.
本发明公开了一种一体化装配式钢筋混凝土地下连续墙结构,钢筋混凝土地下连续墙结构按单元分期完成,相邻的地下连续墙单元之间相互锁合,实现地下连续墙单元的横向连接,分段浇筑混凝土,形成完整刚性的地下连续墙墙体,地下连续墙单元的迎水侧复合有HDPE立体膜;本发明构建的完整刚性的地下连续墙墙体,具有高标准抗渗性能和高可靠的混凝土质量,其前期可以作为围护结构,后期可以作为永久结构,可以实现永临一体化的地下连续墙的构建,工业化程度高,人力使用少,现场干扰少,具有减少临建投入、提升标准化水平,较好的减少碳排放优点,符合当前国家提出的双碳要求。
