Under the action of internal and external pressure difference of the drainage pipe, underground water in a well hole can enter the drainage pipe and drive the one-way plate to be opened, compressed air is introduced into the air inlet pipe to drive the one-way plate to be closed, and water above the one-way plate can be pushed to be discharged from the interior of the drainage pipe along with introduction of the compressed air; a passive water inlet mode with different pressure differences in the drainage pipe and the well hole and an active compressed air drainage mode are adopted, so that the investment of a dewatering well casing is reduced, the diameter of the dewatering well can be reduced, and the backfilling amount of a filter material is reduced.
