The invention discloses a dewatering well pipe filter cloth coating device which comprises a support, an annular supporting piece is arranged on the upper portion of the support, and an annular circulating track is arranged on the annular supporting piece. The device further comprises a rotating frame, the rotating frame is configured to rotate circularly along the annular circulating track, the center of the rotating frame is hollowed out to form a pipe falling area, at least three sets of well pipe synchronizing wheels are further arranged on the annular supporting piece, and the well pipe synchronizing wheels are configured to rotate along with falling of the dewatering well pipe. A transmission assembly is arranged between the rotating frame and any well casing synchronizing wheel, and the rotating frame is configured to rotate along with rotation of the well casing synchronizing wheels. A filter cloth frame is connected to the lower part of the rotating frame and is used for placing and accommodating a filter cloth roll. The device has the remarkable effects that the filter cloth can be synchronously wound and coated on the outer wall of the well casing along with the descending of the well casing, the construction safety is improved, the coating quality of the filter cloth is high, and the stability is good.
