The invention discloses a foundation trench deepening pit twin-well parallel water pumping and draining device which comprises a plurality of first well pipes, a plurality of second well pipes and a plurality of third well pipes. The cover plate covers the upper part of the first well casing; the horn pipe is connected to the upper portion of the cover plate, and the horn pipe is communicated with the first well pipe; the second well pipe is connected above the horn pipe; the water pump is arranged in the first well pipe, and a water pumping pipe on the water pump penetrates through the communicating position of the first well pipe and the horn pipe and extends to the outside from the top end of the second well pipe. The method can be applied to water pumping and drainage of the foundation trench which is rich in underground water content and has a base impervious layer easily penetrated by confined water to generate sudden gushing; at a foundation trench deepening pit inrush point rich in confined water, gapless dense precipitation well water pumping pipelines are gathered into one steel pipe through the device, steel bar breakpoints and through holes of a main body structure foundation are reduced, and well sealing treatment is facilitated.
