The invention provides a novel prefabricated assembly structure for a subway underground station and an assembly method of the novel prefabricated assembly structure, and belongs to the technical field of subway construction. The novel prefabricated assembly structure comprises a plurality of station prefabricated assembly sections, and each station prefabricated assembly section is composed of a prefabricated top U-shaped groove, a prefabricated middle plate and a prefabricated bottom U-shaped groove; connection joints of the three parts are connected through corresponding mortise-type chamfer sockets and chamfer sockets, reserved bolt holes are formed between the corresponding chamfer sockets and chamfer sockets, and after the parts are spliced, the corresponding reserved bolt holes are connected through high-strength prestress bolts. An elastic sealing gasket and two sponge water retaining strips are further arranged between the corresponding chamfer socket and the chamfer socket, grouting channels are arranged between the elastic sealing gasket and the sponge water retaining strips, and the channels are grouted through modified epoxy resin. By the adoption of the prefabricated assembly structure, the construction efficiency of the subway station can be greatly improved, and meanwhile the overall mechanical performance and the waterproof performance of the prefabricated assembly structure are remarkably improved.
本发明提供一种用于地铁地下车站的新型预制装配结构及其拼装方法,属于地铁施工技术领域,包括若干个车站预制拼装节段,每一车站预制拼装节段由预制顶部U型槽、预制中板、预制底部U型槽组成,三者的连接接缝处通过对应的榫槽形式的倒角插口和倒角承口连接,对应的倒角承口和倒角插口之间设置预留螺栓孔,待部件拼合后,相应的预留螺栓孔之间通过高强预应力螺栓连接,对应的倒角承口和倒角插口之间还设置一道弹性密封垫和两道海绵挡水条,弹性密封垫和海绵挡水条之间设置灌浆通道,其通道采用改性环氧树脂进行注浆。采用本发明的预制装配结构可以大幅度提高地铁车站的施工效率,同时显著增强预制装配结构的整体力学与防水性能。
