Method for preventing leakage of drain board of stainless steel roof at ridge
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a method for preventing leakage of a stainless steel roof drain board at a ridge, which comprises the following steps of: firstly installing an aluminum alloy base, and then forming a stainless steel U-shaped cover board on a secondary purline according to the ridge line position of the roof drain board; after a vapor-proof and moisture-proof film layer, a hot-dip galvanized steel plate layer, a waterproof coiled material layer and a noise-reduction and sound-insulation foam layer which are designed on the roof are sequentially completed, stainless steel sealing edges are installed, then continuous stainless steel drainage plate welding is conducted, and then a ridge is covered with a stainless steel flashing plate, so that a roof which is more closed in whole and more attractive in appearance is formed. The roof panel structure is better in wind inclination resistance effect; by means of the method, the anti-seepage effect of the roof drain board ridge joint can be enhanced, and the corrosion resistance and the damage possibility of the drain board at the ridge can be reduced.
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种屋脊处不锈钢屋面排水板防渗漏的方法,是先安装铝合金基座,然后按照屋面排水板的屋脊线位置在次檩条上形成不锈钢U型盖板,并在依次完成屋面设计的隔汽防潮膜层、热浸镀锌钢板层、防水卷材层和降噪隔声泡棉层后,安装不锈钢封边,之后进行连续不锈钢排水板焊接,然后再将不锈钢泛水板盖在屋脊上,从而形成一个整体更加封闭,且抗风倾效果更好的屋面板结构;采用该方法可以强化屋面排水板屋脊接缝处的防渗漏效果,降低屋脊处排水板的抗腐蚀性和受到破坏的可能性。
