Composite decorative plate and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the field of artificial stone or ceramic products, and provides a composite decorative board and a manufacturing method thereof.The manufacturing method of the composite decorative board comprises the following steps that polyformaldehyde fiber concrete mortar is poured in a model, and a decorative face is formed after condensation; an alkali-resistant glass fiber mat is laid on the polyformaldehyde fiber concrete mortar, and vibration compaction is carried out; adhesive mortar is scraped in batches to form an adhesive mortar layer; paving alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth on the bonding mortar layer, paving foamed ceramic plates in a seam-reserving or interval manner, and pouring concrete grout to fill gaps to form a mesh beam structure; and the concrete grout is poured again and filled with at least one layer of alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth, and a mounting base layer is formed after condensation. The composite decorative plate has good stress performance, specifically, the surface layer can adopt a high-performance concrete pouring veneer, the stress performance of the whole composite decorative plate is improved by combining the foamed ceramic composite decorative plate, and the composite decorative plate is high in surface hardness, excellent in wear resistance and low in water absorption rate.
本发明涉及人造石或陶瓷制品领域,提供了一种复合装饰板及其制作方法,复合装饰板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:在模型中浇筑聚甲醛纤维混凝土砂浆,凝结后形成装饰面;在聚甲醛纤维混凝土砂浆上铺贴耐碱玻璃纤维毡,并进行振压密实;批刮粘接砂浆形成粘接砂浆层;于粘接砂浆层上铺贴耐碱玻璃纤维网布,以及留缝式或间隔式铺贴发泡陶瓷板,浇筑混凝土浆填充缝隙形成网梁结构;再次浇筑混凝土浆并填充至少一层的耐碱玻璃纤维网布,凝结后形成安装基层。复合装饰板具有良好的受力性能,具体的面层可以采用高性能混凝土浇筑饰面,在结合发泡陶瓷复合装饰板提高整个复合装饰板的受力性能,并且表面硬度高,耐磨性能优越,吸水率低。
