The invention provides a construction method of a frame building infilled wall. The construction method comprises the steps that a proper scabbling high-pressure nozzle is selected for scabbling a concrete structure; the infrared distance measuring device is used for monitoring the depth of a chiseling groove of the chiseling high-pressure nozzle; and the construction device sends a follow-up instruction to control the high-pressure water switch valve to change the water flow rate and the injection pressure of the chiseling high-pressure nozzle according to a program result compared by the distance measuring device, and chiseling treatment on the concrete frame beam, the concrete structure stand column and the like is completed. The invention further provides a frame building filler wall construction device. The frame building filler wall construction device comprises an infrared distance measuring device and a plurality of chiseling high-pressure nozzles which are arranged on the same straight line and provided with high-pressure water switch valves. The infrared distance measuring device can freely rotate to be aligned with spraying points of different chiseling high-pressure nozzles. The scabbling depth is larger than that of a common scabbling method, more masonry mortar can be filled in the concrete surface scabbling slotting method for the hole of the filler wall of the concrete frame structure, and the connecting strength of the concrete structure and the filler wall masonry is improved.
