The invention provides recycled concrete of reinforced recycled aggregate based on composite slurry modification and a preparation method of the recycled concrete. The recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: recycled coarse aggregate, cement, fly ash, silica fume, sand, polyester fibers, a water reducing agent and the like. The recycled coarse aggregate is wrapped by the prepared composite cement paste doped with the fly ash and the silica fume, so that pores and microcracks on the surface of the recycled aggregate are filled, the surface of the aggregate is denser, the performance of the recycled aggregate is improved, and the water absorption rate of the recycled aggregate is reduced. A proper amount of polyester fibers are doped, so that a skeleton structure formed by aggregates and hardened cement paste cementation layers among the aggregates can be changed, the strength of the recycled aggregate concrete is improved, the obvious brittle fracture behavior of the recycled aggregate concrete is improved, and the performance of the recycled aggregate concrete is further improved.
