Grating intelligent prestressed steel strand and manufacturing method thereof

The method comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing the optical fiber sensor; S2, manufacturing the grating intelligent prestressed steel strand; and S3, exposing the outer sleeve outside the armor. According to the invention, the optical fiber can be prevented from being broken and damaged, the service life of the sensor can be prolonged, the sensor has the characteristics of high strength, high measurement precision, difficult occurrence of a wire falling phenomenon and the like, and the intelligent and intelligent monitoring of the prestressed steel strand can be realized.
