The invention discloses a grating intelligent prestressed steel strand, and relates to a prestressed steel strand and a manufacturing method thereof, the grating intelligent prestressed steel strand comprises a central wire, side wires and an optical fiber sensor, the central wire is provided with a groove along the axial direction, and the optical fiber sensor is embedded in the groove; the optical fiber sensor comprises an outer sleeve, a temperature compensation optical fiber grating sensor located in the outer sleeve, an optical fiber grating sensor and an optical fiber wire; the temperature compensation fiber grating sensor and the fiber grating sensor are connected in series on the fiber lead, and a filler is filled between the outer sleeve and the fiber lead or the temperature compensation fiber grating sensor or the fiber grating sensor; and the outer sleeve and the central wire are adhered by casting glue. The method comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing the optical fiber sensor; S2, manufacturing the grating intelligent prestressed steel strand; and S3, exposing the outer sleeve outside the armor. According to the invention, the optical fiber can be prevented from being broken and damaged, the service life of the sensor can be prolonged, the sensor has the characteristics of high strength, high measurement precision, difficult occurrence of a wire falling phenomenon and the like, and the intelligent and intelligent monitoring of the prestressed steel strand can be realized.
