The invention provides a high-speed rail waterproof engineering construction system which comprises a fuel vehicle provided with a cab and a generator set, and a first high-pressure pump is fixedly installed on the surface of the side, located in the cab, of the fuel vehicle. According to the waterproof engineering construction system for the high-speed rail, the system can be driven by a first high-pressure pump to pump waterproof paint on the inner side of a charging barrel through a flexible liquid pumping pipe, and then the waterproof paint can be conveyed into a first charging barrel, a second charging barrel and a third charging barrel through a material conveying pipe to be stored; the number of times of carrying the waterproof coating by an operator can be reduced, meanwhile, the waterproof coating in a first material barrel, a second material barrel and a third material barrel can be conveyed into a first liquid discharging pipe and a second liquid discharging pipe under driving of a second high-pressure pump, a third high-pressure pump and a fourth high-pressure pump, and automatic spraying is conducted through a spraying head; and the personnel can spray the base layer by directly controlling the walking of the fuel vehicle, so that the operation is relatively simple.
