The tower foundation repairing method comprises the steps that the periphery of a tower foundation is cleaned; filling and sealing the crack; reinforcing and surrounding the periphery of the tower foundation; concrete and a tower protection cap are poured and maintained; and backfilling is conducted below the tower foundation ground line, and the preset compaction coefficient is achieved. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the pole tower and the foundation do not need to be replaced, so that power failure operation can be avoided, the reliability of power supply is not influenced, the large-range work of scrapping the original tower foundation or repositioning and rerouting is not needed, the engineering quantity and the cost are reduced, and the bearing capacity and the normal working capacity of the pole tower foundation can be recovered as soon as possible.
