Interpenetration type vibrating device for thin-shell concrete structure
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete vibration, and discloses a penetrating type vibration device for a thin-shell concrete structure. A plurality of pairs of fixing blocks are arranged on formworks on the two sides of concrete, the middle of a vibrating rod is pre-buried in the concrete through rotating holes in the fixing blocks on the two sides, then vibration is generated through a vibration unit, the vibration is transmitted to the vibrating rod pre-buried in the concrete, and therefore the concrete is vibrated; and after the vibrating operation is completed, the vibrating rod extending out of the concrete surface is cut and subjected to rust-proof treatment. The flexible shaft is arranged in the transmission device, and vibration transmitted to the driving unit from the vibration unit is reduced through the flexible shaft. Based on the measures, a plurality of vibrating rods penetrating through the formworks on the two sides of the concrete are horizontally arranged in the concrete at intervals, the thin-shell concrete structure is vibrated, and the problem that the thin-shell concrete structure is difficult to vibrate is solved; in addition, the flexible shaft is arranged in the transmission system, vibration conducted to the driving unit is reduced, operation of workers is facilitated, and meanwhile energy loss is reduced.
本发明涉及混凝土振捣技术领域,公开了薄壳混凝土结构穿插式振捣装置。在混凝土的两侧模板上设置若干对固定块,通过两侧固定块上的旋转孔,将振捣棒中部预埋至混凝土中,随后利用震动单元产生震动,将震动传递至预埋在混凝土内的振捣棒上,从而对混凝土的振捣作业;在振捣作业完后,对伸出混凝土表面振捣棒进行切割并进行防锈处理。在传动装置内设置软轴,利用软轴减少震动单元传递至驱动单元处的震动。基于以上措施,在混凝土内水平间隔布设若干根贯穿混凝土两侧模板的振捣棒,实现对薄壳混凝土结构进行振捣,解决薄壳混凝土结构难振捣的问题;另外,在传动系统内设置软轴,减少震动传导驱动单元处,既有利于工人操作,同时也减少了能量损耗。
