Concrete vibrating device and vibrating method for thin-shell concrete structure
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete vibration, and discloses a concrete vibration device and method for a thin-shell concrete structure. A plurality of through holes are formed in an original thin-shell concrete wood formwork at intervals, detachable flexible formworks are installed on the surfaces of the through holes, and the wood formwork and the flexible formworks jointly form a formwork of a thin-shell concrete structure. The outer side of the flexible formwork is connected with a vibrating unit, and a driving assembly of the vibrating unit is used for driving a fixing block to do reciprocating motion in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the wood formwork, so that the flexible formwork is pushed to generate reciprocating vibration; in the reciprocating vibration process of the flexible formwork, concrete on the inner side is squeezed back and forth, the concrete forms the outward flowing effect, and therefore the vibration size can be increased. On the basis of the structure, the thin-shell concrete is effectively vibrated, meanwhile, the vibrating device is prevented from directly acting on the wood formwork, the influence on the wood formwork is reduced, and therefore the construction quality of the thin-shell concrete structure is guaranteed.
