The invention provides aerogel slurry modified coral sand concrete with a low heat conductivity coefficient. The aerogel slurry modified coral sand concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, water, coral sand, silica fume, an expanding agent, a water reducing agent, polypropylene fibers and aerogel slurry. The aerogel slurry is added into the coral sand concrete, so that the thermal performance of the coral sand concrete is further enhanced while the mechanical property of the coral sand concrete is ensured, and the problem of poor heat insulation performance of the coral sand concrete used as a building envelope material in a high-temperature and high-humidity region is solved; and a more comfortable indoor physical environment is provided for customers while the energy consumption of the building is reduced.
本发明提供了一种低导热系数气凝胶浆料改性珊瑚砂混凝土,由包括以下物料的原料制备得到:水泥、水、珊瑚砂、硅灰、膨胀剂、减水剂、聚丙烯纤维和气凝胶浆料。本发明通过将气凝胶浆料加入到珊瑚砂混凝土中,在保证珊瑚砂混凝土机械力学性能同时,进一步增强珊瑚砂混凝土的热性能,解决珊瑚砂混凝土在高温高湿地区作为建筑围护结构材料使用的绝热性能差问题,在降低建筑能耗的同时也为客户提供更加舒适的室内物理环境。
