The invention discloses an acrylate emulsion for polymer cement under a coal mine and a preparation method of the acrylate emulsion. The acrylate emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15-30 parts of a monovinyl aromatic monomer; 40-70 parts by mass of an alkyl (meth) acrylate; 1-5 parts by mass of an unsaturated organic acid; 1 to 5 parts by mass of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide; 5 to 15 parts by mass of an unsaturated phosphate ester; 3-6 parts by mass of an emulsifier; 0.5-2 parts by mass of an initiator; 1-2 parts by mass of a buffer agent; 0.1-1 part by mass of a protective colloid; and 100 to 120 parts by mass of deionized water. The emulsion prepared by the invention has good compatibility with cement, also has excellent flame retardant property, and can be used as a polymer cement material in coal mines.
本发明公开了一种煤矿下聚合物水泥用丙烯酸酯乳液及其制备方法,由如下质量份的原料制备:15~30质量份的单乙烯基芳香族单体;40~70质量份的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯;1~5质量份的不饱和有机酸;1~5质量份的N‑羟甲基丙烯酰胺;5~15质量份的不饱和磷酸酯;3~6质量份的乳化剂;0.5~2质量份的引发剂;1~2质量份的缓冲剂;0.1~1质量份的保护性胶体;100~120质量份的去离子水。本发明制备出的乳液与水泥的相容性好,同时具有优异的阻燃性能,可在煤矿下做聚合物水泥材料使用。
