Acrylate polymer emulsion, preparation method and application
The invention provides an acrylate polymer emulsion, and a preparation method and application thereof, the acrylate polymer emulsion comprises the following raw materials by weight: 3-5 parts of an acrylic triazine derivative, 5-8 parts of a vinyl ether derivative, 80-90 parts of an acrylate derivative, 0.1-0.5 part of an initiator, 1-3 parts of an emulsifier, and 80-200 parts of water. The acrylic acid triazine derivative is prepared by reacting an acryloyl chloride derivative with an amino-containing triazine derivative. The acrylate polymer is formed by copolymerization of an acrylic triazine derivative, a vinyl ether derivative and an acrylate derivative, the acrylic triazine derivative introduces a triazine ring with ultraviolet absorption performance into the acrylate polymer, and the acrylate polymer is endowed with excellent weather resistance. The inventor finds that when the acrylic acid triazine derivative is 2-amino-4-methoxy-6-(methylthio)-1, 3, 5-triazine, the acrylate-containing polymer emulsion and titanium dioxide have a remarkable synergistic effect on improving the high-temperature ultraviolet aging resistance of the pavement crack repairing material.
