Modified emulsified asphalt cementing material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a modified emulsified asphalt cementing material which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 80-90% of matrix emulsified asphalt and 5-25% of a tackifying and reinforcing modifier, and the tackifying and reinforcing modifier is a mixture of acrylic emulsion and bentonite. The invention also discloses a preparation method and application of the modified emulsified asphalt cementing material. According to the modified emulsified asphalt cementing material provided by the invention, the tackifying and reinforcing modifier composed of the acrylic emulsion and the bentonite is introduced to reinforce and modify the matrix emulsified asphalt, so that the modified emulsified asphalt cementing material can better resist permeation and damage of water, and the service life of a road is prolonged; and secondly, the acrylic emulsion in the tackifying and enhancing modifier can form a cross-linked network structure, so that the structural stability of the emulsified asphalt cement is enhanced, the aging speed of asphalt is slowed down, the friction coefficient of an asphalt pavement is increased, and the effects of resisting wear caused by vehicles and weather and resisting skid of the modified emulsified asphalt cement are effectively improved.
