The invention belongs to the technical field of steel bridge deck pavement, and particularly relates to an easy-to-dismantle steel bridge deck pavement structure and a dismantling method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the structure comprises an anti-corrosion layer, a waterproof bonding layer, a steel fiber concrete pavement lower layer, an epoxy resin bonding layer and a modified asphalt concrete pavement surface layer, the steel bridge deck is coated with the anti-corrosion layer, the waterproof bonding layer is laid on the anti-corrosion layer, the steel fiber concrete pavement lower layer is laid on the waterproof bonding layer, and the epoxy resin bonding layer is laid on the modified asphalt concrete pavement surface layer. A modified asphalt concrete pavement surface layer is paved above the steel fiber concrete pavement lower layer, and an epoxy resin bonding layer is arranged between the steel fiber concrete pavement lower layer and the modified asphalt concrete pavement surface layer. According to the invention, multiple functional layers with different properties are combined and laid, and a thermal expansion material is added between the steel bridge deck and the pavement structure, so that the pavement structure to be dismantled can be easily dismantled, pollution such as noise and dust is reduced, and damage of mechanical milling to the steel bridge deck is avoided.
