The invention discloses an aqueduct cast-in-place supporting structure which comprises cover beams poured on the tops of pier columns and a beam support arranged between the cover beams of the two adjacent pier columns, the left side and the right side of each cover beam are each provided with a pair of hanging pieces, and each pair of hanging pieces are arranged on the front side face and the rear side face of each cover beam and fixedly connected through a fixing mechanism. The left side and the right side of each hanging piece are provided with a supporting base and an installing base used for installing a lowering mechanism respectively, the two ends of each beam support are detachably connected to the lower ends of the corresponding hanging pieces respectively, a formwork system is installed on the top of each beam support, and an aqueduct is poured on each formwork system. The two ends of the aqueduct are supported on the cover beams of the two adjacent pier columns respectively and supported on the supporting seats of the corresponding hanging pieces, and the supporting seats are supported on the cover beams. The invention further discloses an unloading method of the beam support of the aqueduct cast-in-place supporting structure. According to the aqueduct cast-in-place supporting structure and the unloading method of the beam support of the aqueduct cast-in-place supporting structure, looseness of the hanging piece in the unloading process of the beam support is reduced, and the overall stability is improved.
