Aqueduct cast-in-place supporting method
The invention discloses an aqueduct cast-in-place supporting method which comprises the following steps: pouring a cover beam at the top of a pier column, and pre-burying a longitudinal pipeline in the cover beam; the hanging pieces are hung on the front side and the rear side of the bent cap. Inserting a pull rod into the longitudinal pipeline; the hanging piece is fixed to the end of the pull rod; a lifting adjusting mechanism is installed at the lower end of the hanging piece, and a longitudinal frame is arranged between the cover beams of the two adjacent pier columns; a formwork system is installed on the top of the longitudinal frame, and the formwork system is adjusted to the formwork erecting height through a lifting adjusting mechanism; an aqueduct is poured on the formwork system; unloading systems are respectively arranged between the two ends of the aqueduct and the two ends of the longitudinal frame; after the longitudinal frame is tensioned through the unloading system, connection between the longitudinal frame and the lifting adjusting mechanism is removed, and then the longitudinal frame is released through the unloading system, so that the formwork system is separated from the aqueduct; and then, the longitudinal frame continues to be lowered to the ground through the unloading system, and then the longitudinal frame and the formwork system are dismantled. According to the aqueduct cast-in-place supporting method, the construction cost is reduced, the construction land occupation is reduced, and the construction efficiency and the construction quality are improved.
