A treatment method for a shallow stratum structure being soft soil is characterized in that the construction sequence of first overground, then underground and first shallow and then deep is adopted, a mixed stone cushion layer is laid at a low-lying position in a replacement mode, and a soil layer is rolled and backfilled in a layered mode on the basis of the laid mixed stone cushion layer till the soil layer is flush with the original ground elevation position to serve as a mixing pile machine operation platform; the problems of sinking and instability of the mixing pile machine are solved, and on the premise that layered backfill earthwork is treated in a ditch and pond till the construction height for bearing the cement mixing pile machine is met and water accumulated on the soil surface is conveniently removed, the treatment mode of drilling guide holes through a drilling machine, backfilling the guide holes and conducting pile forming operation through the cement mixing pile machine is adopted for treatment. The method has the advantages that the cost is low, the unique advantages of a cement-soil mixing method can be fully played, soil body replacement is carried out on the pile hole area, influencing the pile forming quality, of the soil layer through hole guiding operation, the application limitation of geologic structure factors on the cement mixing pile is solved, and the application range of the cement mixing pile is widened.
一种浅层地层结构为软弱土的治理方法,其要点在于采用“先地上,后地下,先浅后深”的施工顺序,在低洼处换填铺设混石垫层,并在铺设混石垫层的基础上分层碾压回填土层直至与原地面标高齐平位置以作为搅拌桩机作业平台,以解决搅拌桩机下沉、失稳的问题,当沟塘进行处理分层回填土方至满足承载水泥搅拌桩机的施工高度且方便排除土面积水的前提下采用“钻机钻引孔+回填引孔+水泥土搅拌桩机成桩作业”的处理方式进行处理。本发明的优点在于:成本低,能充分发挥水泥土搅拌法具有独特优点,通过引孔作业对影响成桩质量的土层的桩孔区域予以土体置换,解决地质结构因素对水泥搅拌桩的应用限制,拓宽了水泥搅拌桩的应用范围。
