Pre-tightening mechanical connector for tooth clamping connection and precast concrete pile
The invention discloses a tooth clamping pre-tightening mechanical connector and a pile. The connector comprises an insertion rod and a large nut. The pre-tightening nut is provided with a threaded connecting part and a driving part; the multi-tooth clamping piece assembly is arranged in the pre-tightening nut; when the multi-tooth clamping piece assembly is connected to the plug in a clamped mode, the driving part can drive the pre-tightening nut driving part to enable the pre-tightening nut to rotate and move in the axial direction of the large nut, and therefore the plug and the pre-tightening nut are locked in the axial direction of the large nut. According to the pre-tightening mechanical connector for tooth clamping connection, axial gaps among the plug, the multi-tooth clamping piece assembly and the pre-tightening nut can be effectively eliminated, meanwhile, due to the fact that the elastic piece is arranged, when the plug is inserted into the multi-tooth clamping piece assembly, the elastic piece can push the multi-tooth clamping piece assembly to move towards one side of the pre-tightening nut, and therefore the multi-tooth clamping piece assembly can move towards one side of the pre-tightening nut. The gap between the pre-tightening nut and the multi-tooth clamping piece assembly is rapidly eliminated, and therefore the stroke of the pre-tightening nut is effectively shortened, and the mechanical connector can be locked.
