The invention provides a construction method of a full-fabricated frame structure, and relates to the technical field of building construction.The construction method of the full-fabricated frame structure comprises the steps that prefabricated parts are included; constructing a foundation; mounting a lower-layer prefabricated column; mounting upper-layer prefabricated columns; mounting the precast beam; mounting the prefabricated floor slab; and mounting the prefabricated wall. The high-strength bolts are installed by reserving the through holes in the prefabricated columns, and then the prefabricated beams provided with the end plate assemblies are installed. In addition, the other prefabricated beam fixedly provided with the end plate assembly can be selected to be installed at the other end of the high-strength bolt or one second end plate can be selected to be installed so that one independent prefabricated beam can be installed, and therefore constructors can conveniently install the prefabricated beams; and due to the semi-rigid connection performance between the prefabricated beams and the prefabricated columns, the whole frame has good ductility and energy dissipation capacity, and the purposes of facilitating installation and construction, saving energy and protecting the environment are achieved.
