The invention discloses a basement wall drainage and heat preservation composite structure which comprises a first cement mortar plate, a second cement mortar plate and a heat preservation foam plate, the first cement mortar plate and the second cement mortar plate are attached to the two sides of the heat preservation foam plate respectively, the first cement mortar plate is bonded with the basement wall, and the second cement mortar plate is bonded with the basement wall. The first cement mortar plate does not make contact with the wall face of the basement, and a gap exists between the first cement mortar plate and the wall face. The middle drainage and heat preservation composite structure has the following beneficial effects that through combined use of the first cement mortar plate, the second cement mortar plate and the heat preservation foam plate, underground water seeping from the wall surface can be effectively prevented from seeping in the underground water, and meanwhile the probability that water vapor in basement air is condensed and separated out is avoided.
